St. Ember Non-Alcoholic Spirit:
Inspired by the flavors of Mezcal and infused with mood-enhancing lion's mane, St. Ember is the first functional N/A spirit in the Tequila and Mezcal categories. With a sophisticated, first-of-its-kind flavor profile of palo santo—a surprising blend of wood and fennel—ginger, cardamom and vanilla, St. Ember surprises with an added pepper-y bite that won't get diluted in your favorite cocktails. Boosted with 100mg lion's mane per serving, St. Ember brings a noticeable brain boost to a rich and nuanced sensory experience. Little Saints sources the most potent organic Lion's Mane mushroom extract on the market, which is 70% beta glucan, extracted via ultrasound and up to 700x more potent than the average mushroom powder. Sourced in the USA from a USDA organic family farm. Little Saints sources its palo santo directly from northern Peru, where the palo santo is harvested from dead and fallen trees by the community surrounding the palo santo forest. It cuts the nerves, cues feelings of intimacy and amps the intrigue for the sort of flow we could previously only find when wit and pheromones miraculously aligned. It’s our strongest drink yet.
